Matched Upper & Lower: The APOD Group Arms AR15 Billet Upper & Lower matched system are precision-machined in the USA as a matched unit from domestic certified 7075 T6 Billet Matrix Aluminum, not forged. Manufactured from state of the art automated multi-axis machining techniques, to include stringent quality control inspection processes that ensure unparalleled dimension accuracy.  Our uppers and lower fit precisely together with closer tolerances increasing accuracy. We didn't like how much slop was in other billeted and forged receivers, so we brought it in tighter.

Anodizing: We use an extremely dense, abrasion and corrosion resistant BAR15ULM Type-3 Class-2 Hard anodized, black matte, non-reflective surface finish.

Hand guard: APGA AR15 Billet machined in  the USA from domestic certified 6061 T6 blank profile extrusion. Free Floating hand guard is configured with Anti-rotation tabs to maintain alignment. Our proprietary design features APOD GROUP ARMS Exclusive multi surface M-LOK®  Attachment System at the 1:2:3:6:9:10:11 o'clock positions which supports 56 locations. The low profile design along with the indexing anti-rotation tabs, an industry first. Inside diameter at 1.310" allows for extra clearance for larger sized gas blocks, as well as for recessed short barrels. Our non-indexing barrel nuts precision from billet domestic certified 4140 steel and hardened to 52RC.
