What does "Buy Now. Shoot Now." mean?
Any firearm purchased at the event can be shot on site at the available firing ranges.
When can exhibitors and/or vendors set up booths?
Thursday May 2, 2024 the facility will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow setup time. The public will be allowed into the facility starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 3, with the purchase of an admission ticket.

What if I bring a firearm into the expo?
Safety is paramount at our event. All firearms will need to be holstered with protective flags or open actions at all times. All event staff will be monitoring the expo. Neglect of the safety measures in place will result in dismissal from the expo.
What are the stipulations on side-by-sides?
Side-by-sides or golf carts are allowed at a top speed of 5 mph only. Music is to be kept at a respectful volume. They will be allowed on selected, marked paths only.
How do I win a door prize?
Door prizes are awarded based on your gate ticket number.
Will alcohol be available at the event?
Alcohol is strictly sold and consumed inside the beer garden area with an appropriate wrist band. If wrist bands are removed, a new one will need to be purchased in order to consume more alcohol in the beer garden. No outside alcohol will be allowed in the Expo. This is to prevent the excess consumption of alcohol on live gun ranges.
Can I pick my booth location?
All booth locations are assigned by event staff.
Is there a maximum size for an event banner?
The maximum is 3’ X 2’.
If I don't shoot on site, do I still get a box of shells with my purchase?
Yes. Every purchase will get a box of ammo.
When are payments due?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booth space. The remainder is due by March 1, 2024.
Is electricity included in the cost of the booth?
Electricity is included in the cost of the pro level booth. The basic level booth does not include electricity.
Does parking cost extra at the event?
Parking for exhibitors is included in the cost of the booth space.
Can I offer free samples at the event?
All exhibitors selling food or offering samples will be subject to our food vendor application.

What is included in the pro level booth price?
The pro level price includes a canopy, company sign, enhanced listing in the attendee show guide, and four (4) exhibitor badges will be provided to you.
If an exhibitor wishes to purchase additional badges, they may do so for $25 per badge.
